Bartoline Raw Linseed Oil replaces the natural oils that wood loses over time. It is suitable for all wood types and is very water resistant making it ideal for garden furniture. This popular traditional wood treatment has been used for generations and can be applied both internally and externally on unpolished surfaces. Hardwoods such as Oak and Teak should be treated with Bartoline Teak Oil.

Apply Bartoline Raw Linseed Oil using a clean lint free cloth and rub in well, remove excess. For best results apply 2 or 3 coats allowing 24 hours between coats. The oil will take approximately 1 week to fully dry

Ensure that the surface to be treated is clean and dry. Remove any paint or stain with sandpaper. Wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with White Spirit to remove any grease or dirt. Treat any mildew etc. with Bartoline Fungicidal Wash.

Soiled application cloths should not be left where they may constitute a fire hazard as they can be liable to self-igniting without warning. Immediately after use, wash all cloths with soapy water and dispose of safely outside. Clean equipment with Bartoline White Spirit.
